Farretti Bakery

Farretti Ciabatta is a micro bakery in Lodsworth (West Sussex) run by  native Italian Valeriana De Berardinis. Her slow fermented, delicate crust breads have a light texture and delicate crust. All made by hand in a converted stable just over the Surrey Border we are delighted to sell Val’s delicious ciabatta, focaccia, pizzetta’s and rolls. These are baked very early in the morning and delivered to Ockley each Thursday morning. Super fresh when they arrive this natural product will last for 5 days. However it freezes beautifully too so many of our customers keep a supply frozen.
